Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data GetSuper processes, why, and what rights you have. In short: we use your data only to run the app for you, we do not sell it, and you can export or delete it at any time.
Who is responsible
The controller is GetSuper, Slovenia. Contact for all privacy questions: info@getsuper.si.
What we store
Account: name, email address, password (hashed) or social login ID, language. Profile: sex used for calculations, birth year, height, weight, goal, activity level, training days, reminder times, time zone. Training: programs, workouts, sets (weight, reps, effort), notes, weekly check-ins. Body: body weight, measurements, steps, optional nutrition logs. Technical: session and security logs, push notification subscriptions if you turn reminders on.
Health data
Injuries or limitations you enter, pregnancy or postpartum status and optional cycle dates are health data (Article 9 GDPR). We process them only with your explicit consent, given when you set up your profile or turn on cycle tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the entries, turning cycle tracking off or deleting your account.
Why and on what basis
To provide the service you signed up for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): logging, progression and deload suggestions, streaks, reminders, progress charts and coaching by a trainer you invite. Health data: your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). Security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it and do not make automated decisions with legal effects about you.
Your trainer
If you accept a trainer's invitation, that trainer can see your training data, body data, measurements, steps, check-ins, injury notes and pregnancy status, and can write your programs. The trainer never sees your nutrition log, cycle data or account settings. You can end the connection at any time in Profile; the trainer then loses access.
Service providers
We use a hosting provider in the European Union for the servers and database and an email provider to send account emails. They process data only on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA without adequate safeguards.
How long we keep data
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all your data is deleted permanently. Backups are overwritten within 7 days. Security logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export (Profile → Privacy → Download my data), restrict or delete your data and object to processing. Write to info@getsuper.si for anything the app does not cover. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Slovenia this is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, www.ip-rs.si).
Cookies
We use only cookies that are needed for the app to work: your sign-in session, your language and your theme. No advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is needed.
Age
GetSuper is for people aged 16 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
