Terms of use
Effective 2026-10-01
These terms apply when you use GetSuper, run by GetSuper. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
GetSuper helps you log workouts, follow a program written by you or your trainer, and track body weight, measurements and habits. It is free during early access; we will tell you in advance if paid plans are introduced, and nothing becomes paid without your consent.
Not medical advice
Suggestions (weights, deloads, nutrition targets) come from simple rules. They do not replace a doctor, physiotherapist, midwife or certified trainer. Check with a professional before starting, especially with injuries, illness, pregnancy or after giving birth. Stop any exercise that hurts. You train at your own risk.
Your account
You must be at least 16 and give correct information. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One account per person.
Trainers
Trainers use GetSuper to coach their clients and are responsible for their own advice and programs. GetSuper is not a party to the agreement between a trainer and a client.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no access to other people's data, no automated scraping, no attacks on the service, no unlawful or harmful content in notes or names. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability
We work to keep GetSuper available and your data safe, with daily backups, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may change as the app develops.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, lost data or indirect damage arising from the use of GetSuper. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Account and security; all your data is then deleted. We may end the service with at least 30 days' notice, giving you time to export your data.
Law and contact
Slovenian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country. Contact: info@getsuper.si.
